The Four Seasons Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 is one of Irelands most exclusive hotels, a home-from-home for rock stars and celebrities from around the world. Achieving the standards that are required for 5 star status demands the very highest levels of customer service and attention to detail. To help maintain these standards the Four Seasons turned to EMR to implement a communications system that would cater for security, house-keeping and maintenance. While no-one particularly wants to avail of the services of the Dublin City Council’s traffic enforcement contractors, most would agree that DSPS provide an essential service for the Dublin travelling public.
